​I founded the engineering consultancy prosimalys GmbH, which is based on the pillars of simulation, materials, and analyses. With an industry-focused, solution-oriented approach, prosimalys enables forging and forming companies to offer their customers added value. How? By helping them to make proactive suggestions regarding lightweight design, COâ‚‚ reduction, resource efficiency, and cost optimization, without having to incur the fixed costs of maintaining this specialised expertise in-house. â€‹

Specifically, we offer the following:

  • Process design for forging and forming processes, validated by finite element process simulation

  • Innovation check on site at companies, analysing aspects such as culture, structures, competencies, facilities, equipment, and development opportunities, as well as providing concrete suggestions for increasing innovative strength.

​As a Development Engineer at prosimalys GmbH, I bring my extensive expertise in the fields of forging technology and simulation to the table.


I am responsible for product and process development using the simulation software QForm UK, focusing on areas such as hot forging, cold forging, and extrusion. In addition, I am actively involved in the development of the CO2 calculator FRED and also provide customer support for it.


Furthermore, I conduct training courses on both QForm UK as well as FRED.

As a Project Engineer at prosimalys GmbH, I am responsible for projects in the field of forging technology  as well as for sales and support for the FEM simulation software QForm UK.

 

I manage customer projects for the analysis, development, and optimization of forging processes.

This includes technical consulting services, clarifying technical questions, and accompanying projects through to completion.

 

In addition, I am responsible for the sales and integration of QForm UK. This involves providing technical consulting services to interested parties and users, conducting training courses, and providing support during ongoing operations.

​As Back Office Manager at prosimalys GmbH, my responsibilities include diverse administrative tasks, organising trade fair appearances, creating advertisements, and producing internal translations into English.

​

As a native English speaker and State-Certified Translator specialising in technical translation, I am also responsible for the prosimalys Language Service. In this role, I offer external language services, such as translations into English, proofreading and editing of English texts, and English lessons (also online).
